The Chanel Choir sets the mood for the eleven o'clock service by providing beautiful, appropriate music that not only enhances the worship experience, but is an integral part of worship itself. The choir also is the main musical ensemble of Skyland's annual Lessons and Carols, set for the first Sunday of December each year. The choir practices every Wednesday at 7:30pm and performs at the 11:00 AM worship service on Sundays. Please come and join us any time.
The Childrens Choir meets to instruct children in the fun art of learning music and vocal skills, ultimately culminating in the performance of anthems at the eleven o'clock worship service throughout the year. The childnre's choir practices every Wednesday at 6:30pm and performs when ready. All children are welcome. Please contact Monte' Sorrells for further information. Hand Bell and Hand Chime Choirs Adult Hand Bell Choir - The Skyland Ringers practices are in the Chapel on Wednesday nights from 6:30 PM to 7:15 PM. You do not need to know how to read music. Youth Hand Bell Choir ~ Notes From Heaven (Bravo)- Rehearsal times to be determined. This is for High School age and up. No previous experience necessary. Childrens Handchime Choir ~ Notes From Heaven (Encore) - practices are in the Chapel on Wednesday afternoons from 4:45 to 5:45 PM. Come and enjoy the fun!
